“Russian Shoes” will open 10-15 flagships in 2014 year

In the spring, Obuv Rossii opened the first three Westfalika flagship stores in Vladivostok, Omsk and Tyumen. The flagships represent the maximum range of footwear and related products. The flagship area is three times the size of a standard Westfalika store and is 350-450 sq.m. It is planned to open 10-15 such stores this year, investments in the opening of one flagship are 35-40 million rubles. The flagship's turnover is 2-2,5 times higher than the revenue of a standard store.

“This is a fundamentally new format for us, it allows us to present on one site the most up-to-date and most complete range of Westfalika stores, which has expanded significantly in recent years. Now only related products we have over 1000 SKU. - comments Anton Titov, director of Obuv Rossii Group of Companies. “We also take into account the peculiarities of consumer behavior: there are people who prefer to go to a store near their home with a limited assortment, and there are those who like to spend a lot of time in large stores and make complex purchases. The flagship format is designed for such buyers. " The new format will allow the company to increase its competitiveness, offer a more diverse assortment and a wide range of new services in which buyers are interested, which will ultimately contribute to the growth of their loyalty.

By the end of 2014, flagships will appear in such regions as Kuzbass, Altai, Perm and Krasnoyarsk Territories, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and Tyumen Regions.
