The Obuv Rossii group of companies has opened the first Westfalika store in St. Petersburg. The sales area of the new store is more than 100 sq.m. In total, by the autumn-winter season of 2012, the company plans to open 15 new outlets in St. Petersburg by investing 100 million rubles.
In the next 3-5 years, a favorable situation is developing in the shoe market for the development of shoe chains. According to experts, the market will grow annually by 10-12%. In addition, the shoe market is poorly consolidated and poorly saturated, therefore it provides great opportunities for the development of new regions and the expansion of retail chains, according to the Obuv Rossii group of companies.
St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region are one of the priority regions for the Civil Code, in which Obuv Rossii plans to expand its presence in 2011-2014.
