Obuv Rossii has begun reconstruction of an administrative building in Novosibirsk, which the company acquired over a year ago. The new building will house the company's head office. As a result of the reconstruction, the total area of the premises will triple - up to 6,7 thousand square meters. The project will be financed from own and borrowed funds. Investments in the reconstruction will amount to 300 million rubles.
The decision to reconstruct the building and expand the area is related to the growth of Obuv Rossii's business and the development of new projects. In 2011, the company increased its revenue by 40% and opened more than 60 stores throughout Russia. Obuv Rossii's new projects include a line of related products under the Westfalika brand, a specialized chain of bags and accessories stores Emilia Estra, and non-standard services for customers.
