Obuv Rossii Group of Companies has summed up the financial results of the first half of 2012. The revenues of the group of companies for the reporting period amounted to 1,04 billion rubles, an increase in relation to the same period in 2011 - 49%. Net profit in the first half of the year increased by 86% and amounted to 79,6 million rubles. EBITDA - 149,7 million rubles, an increase in relation to 2011 - 60%. EBITDA margin - 14,35% (in the first half of 2011 - 13,35%).

In the first half of the year, Obuv Rossii launched a specialized chain of bags and accessories stores Emilia Estra. The first store opened at the end of April in Tyumen, the second in July in Novosibirsk. Also, by the end of the year, new stores will appear in Omsk, Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo. Investments in one outlet are 1-1,5 million rubles. Non-footwear goods are one of the priority areas of development for Obuv Rossii. In the first half of the year, their share in retail turnover doubled and amounted to 10% (in 2011 - 5%).

In the first half of the year Obuv Rossii announced investment projects. The company has begun reconstruction of the head office building, which will be completed by the end of 2013. As a result, the total area of ​​administrative premises will triple to 6,7 thousand square meters. 300 million rubles will be invested in the project. In addition, in 2013, the company will begin building a new production and logistics complex with an area of ​​25 thousand square meters. in the Novosibirsk region. Investments in the project will amount to 460 million rubles. This will allow the company to increase footwear production from 350 thousand to 500 thousand pairs of shoes per year and to triple the area of ​​storage facilities.
