Since October 2011, the Obuv Rossii company, which develops Westfalika and Pedestrian networks, began to sell in its own networks a specialized line of foot care creams under the Westfalika Medicine brand. The range includes 15 types of creams with different therapeutic effects. The original formulation of creams and their production by order of Shoe of Russia is carried out by the Moscow company Adeleid.
For the first time, Footwear Russia foot cream started selling a year ago. Then started the test sales of Comfort 24 moisturizer. In less than a month, the company managed to sell 2 thousand tubes. There was no advertising support - the creams were simply put into the cash register area. After that, it was decided to launch a separate brand “Westfalika Medicine” on the market and expand the line of creams to 15 names.
The products of the brand Westfalika Medicine belong to the mass market, the retail price of the cream is 89 rubles.
“The Westfalika Medicine project is an extension of the range of services for our customers,” comments Anton Titov, director of Obuv Rossii. - We demonstrate to our clients that we care about their legs in a complex. The project aims to increase brand confidence and customer loyalty. ”
Next year, Obuv Rossii plans to sell 300 thousand tubes and double the range of creams. Currently, Obuv Rossii sells creams in its own network. In the second half of the year 2012, it will use new distribution channels - pharmacy chains and supermarkets.
