Shoe production in Russia over the 11 months of the 2012 year decreased by 9,8% to 94,9 million pairs. Such data are provided by Rosstat, comparing indicators with the same period last year. In November alone, shoe production declined by 11,6% in annual terms and by 8,7% in monthly terms.

According to the data provided by Rosstat, the production of suitcases and bags has also decreased in Russia. Over 11 months, it decreased by 7,4% to 17,6 million units
