Obuv Rossii began producing shoes for the food industry

The new shoe model, designed for the needs of the food industry, resembles crocuses in shape and material. It is made of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) material, the inserts in the sole are made of special porous, anti-slip rubber. The production capacities of Obuv Rossii GC allow producing up to 50 thousand pairs of such shoes per year.

Obuv Rossii developed a shoe together with one of the largest food holdings in Russia. However, this model can be successfully applied at other industrial enterprises, as well as for cleaning companies - a comfortable shoe, a thickened toe part that helps protect against mechanical damage, a shock-absorbing heel and a breathable insole. This ultra-light footwear, resistant to deformation, chemical attack, elastic, has anti-slip and antibacterial properties.

Part of the processes for the production of new shoes is carried out at the site in Novosibirsk, where the workshop for the production of shoes from ultralight EVA material is located, and part of the processes are in Berdsk, where the main cutting, sewing and assembly shops of the group are located. The company has already released a pilot batch of 5 thousand pairs of shoes.

“Obuv Rossii” received a declaration confirming the conformity of footwear to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union “On the Safety of Protective Equipment” and can supply footwear for enterprises in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.

The manufacture of corporate shoes is one of the promising areas of production for the Obuv Rossii company. Now “Obuv Rossii” produces a wide range of shoes designed for use in various production conditions and withstanding extreme loads. In 2017, the group signed a three-year contract with Sberbank for the production of more than 80 thousand pairs of shoes for the collection and security service of the bank, and in the near future the group plans to expand cooperation with large enterprises in the food industry and pharmaceuticals.
