“Obuv Rossii” increased sales of outerwear 1,4 times

In the 2016 year, sales of outerwear in the Obuv Rossii Group chains increased by 42% compared to the 2015 year and exceeded 940 million rubles. Over the past year, the company sold 137 of thousands of products - 38% more than in the 2015 year. Now the share of outerwear in the company's revenue is 10%.

“Every year, the demand for outerwear in our stores is growing,” comments Nadezhda Koval, the head of the outerwear and accessories group at Obuv Rossii GK. - Over the year, we almost tripled the assortment, which today has more than 1300 SKU. In the spring of 2016, we launched new lines for sale - demi-season coats of various styles and colors and children's outerwear, presented on the Rossita network. In the Autumn-Winter 2016 / 17 season, women's down jackets became the most demanded product. In the future, we plan to increase the share of outerwear in the total turnover of the company. ”

“Shoes of Russia” entered the market for outerwear with the brand Snow Guard in July 2014. At first, only the winter assortment was presented in the company's stores, in 2015, a demi-season collection appeared on sale. The Snow Guard brand is developing in a shop-in-shop format in the shoe chains Westfalika, Rossita, Pedestrian and Emilia Estra, which are part of the Obuv Rossii group of companies.

The Obuv Rossii group of companies was founded in 2003; its head office is located in Novosibirsk. The main business areas of the Group are footwear production, retail and wholesale of footwear and related goods. Obuv Rossii develops five shoe chains: Westfalika (monobrand, mid-price segment), Pedestrian (multi-brand shoe supermarket), Emilia Estra (shoes boutique), Rossita (store for the whole family) and Lisette (fashion shoe salons). The shoe chain "Obuv Rossii" today has more than 450 stores in more than 100 cities. The company's revenue in 2015 according to RAS amounted to 9 billion rubles, net profit - 1,3 billion rubles.
