Russian Shoes has created a collection of military shoes

The new collection of special and military shoes of GK Obuv Rossii includes more than 80 models. The manufacturer is going to present it at the largest Army-2016 exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in order to establish itself in the new market, study demand and conclude contracts for the production of shoes for 2017. The Shoe of Russia collection includes both traditional footwear for the army, the Ministry of Emergencies and special units, and tactical shoes, which are designed for use in difficult climatic conditions. These are fundamentally new models of shoes that are manufactured using modern technologies and especially durable materials. Mass production of tactical shoes will begin in November 2016.

“We consider the market for special and military footwear promising, its volume is more than 150 billion rubles or 50 million pairs of shoes per year. - comments Sergey Yung, general director of the production company Obuv Rossii. - In connection with the ban on the purchase of imported light industry products for state and municipal needs, a new niche has opened for manufacturers of civilian footwear. Therefore, now is a good time to increase production capacity, introduce new technologies and develop new markets. " 

“Obuv Rossii” entered the market for special and military shoes in May 2016, when a line for the production of military shoes was launched at the company’s company in the city of Berdsk. The new project “Obuv Rossii” implements in partnership with the company “Largos”, which has been operating in the market of special shoes since 1998 of the year. To implement the project, “Shoes of Russia” has mastered a new technology for attaching soles - the method of hot vulcanization of rubber on a workpiece. In the 2016 year, Shoes of Russia will produce 50 thousand pairs of military shoes.

The Obuv Rossii group of companies was founded in 2003; its head office is located in Novosibirsk. The main business areas are footwear production, retail and wholesale trade in footwear and related products. Obuv Rossii develops five shoe chains: Westfalika (mono-brand, mid-price segment), Pedestrian (multi-brand shoe supermarket), Emilia Estra (shoes boutique), Rossita (store for the whole family) and Lisette (fashion shoe salons). The shoe chain "Obuv Rossii" today has more than 450 stores in more than 100 cities. The company's revenue in 2015 according to RAS amounted to 9 billion rubles, net profit - 1,3 billion rubles.
