Shoe concept store 10 Corso Como opened in New York

Italian shoe retailer 10 Corso Como opens the first boutique in the US, which is a real dream for shoe fans, writes Footwearnews. The store opened on Friday in downtown New York.

The owner of 10 Corso Como, publisher and former fashion editor Carla Sozzani opened her first 10 Corso Como concept shoe store in Milan in 1991. She introduced a new retail concept that included a mix of fashion, food, art, music, photography and design.

Now, almost 30 years later, she opens such a store in America. The 28-square-foot concept store (8,5 sq km) has a café, restaurant, pop-up shops, a bookstore, art gallery and garden. And also it presents 30 very fashionable shoe brands. Among them are Maison Margiela, Ferrogamo, 12 running brands, such as Reebok, Nike and Adidas. Here you can find models of fashion collaborations, popular models of Gucci, Prada, Balenciaga and Vetements.
