First-time Louis Vuitton x Timberland collaboration was presented in January at the French luxury brand's Paris Fashion Week show, will be released on the Louis Vuitton website and LV app on July 18, and will hit stores worldwide on August 8.
Let us remind you that the result of the Louis Vuitton x Timberland collaboration became part of the Louis Vuitton Fall '24 collection, which became the debut for Pharell Williams, who at the end of last year was appointed creative director of the French fashion house. The American rapper presented a Wild West-themed collection, with updated Timberland boots included alongside cowboy boots, men's shoes and western boots.
Yellow Timberland boots in collaboration with Louis Vuitton have risen in price tenfold. Shoes cost between 2200 and 2600 euros. By comparison, a standard pair of 6-inch Timberland boots sells for €220 in France.
Each style is crafted from Italian nubuck leather with PrimaLoft insulation and sealed waterproof construction, and features a signature lugged rubber outsole.
The Louis Vuitton x Timberland 6-inch boot looks identical to the traditional 6-inch Timberland from a distance, but features an LV monogram embossed on the nubuck boot. The shoes are available in two colors: wheat and black. The shoe's tongue and leather tags are also monogrammed.
The LV Boot adds 6% more volume to the 15-inch silhouette, meaning the difference is only noticeable when comparing the two models side by side. The silhouette comes in four styles: ankle boot, ranger boot, mid-size slip-on boot, and strappy slip-on boot.
Vuitton will also release a special limited edition of 50 pairs of 6-inch LV ankle boots in Italian Monogram leather with 18-karat gold hardware. Priced at €75, they come in a bespoke Monogram shoe box made of leather and perspex with genuine leather trim.
