The Finnish concern SRV and the international company Jones Lang LaSalle have signed an agreement to launch a rental campaign for one of the largest shopping malls in the central part of St. Petersburg, the Okhta Mall, which received permission to build in August this year. The facility will be built in the rapidly developing Krasnogvardeisky district and will become the only European-level shopping and entertainment center in this part of the city. Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed exclusive consultant for the rental of the Ohta Mall shopping center.

Location near the city center, in one of the most dynamically developing districts of St. Petersburg, original Scandinavian architecture, unique conceptual findings, new brands for the Northern capital - all this will create a special atmosphere.
The Okhta Mall shopping and entertainment center is being implemented by the SRV concern together with the Finnish investment fund Russia Invest. The total investment in the shopping and entertainment center will amount to 250 million euros, of which 50 million euros will fall to Russia Invest. Okhta Mall is the first stage of the Septem City multifunctional complex. After commissioning, the total area of Okhta Mall will be 144 thousand square meters. m, rented - 75 thousand sq. m. The object will consist of two underground and four above ground levels, where about 200 stores of popular Russian and international brands will be located.
The opening of Okhta Mall is scheduled for spring 2016.
