A shopping center of regional significance will appear in Podolsk on Sverdlov Street in the central part of the city this fall. At the 4 levels, a grocery supermarket and a farmers' market, an electronics supermarket, a large children's goods store, and a shopping area with clothing, shoes and perfumes stores will be presented. The total area of the center is 15 000 sq.m, of which 10 000 sq.m is rented out. Ground parking is designed for 400 vehicles. The Dryad shopping center is in the final stages of construction - an external circuit has been erected, and internal engineering systems are being installed. The opening of the center is scheduled for the fall of 2011.
Cushman & Wakefield will carry out exclusive rental. Marketing of retail space is currently underway.
“We are confident that the project will be of interest to retailers,” says Victor Rosenberg, Senior Consultant, Retail Property, Cushman & Wakefield - Podolsk is a dynamically developing city with few high-quality retail facilities. The location in the mass development zone will make Dryad a center of attraction for local residents. At the moment, we are negotiating with a large network selling household appliances and tenants of a shopping gallery. ”
