A regional shopping center will appear in Podolsk on Sverdlova Street in the central part of the city this fall. On 4 levels there will be a grocery supermarket and a farmer's market, an electronics supermarket, a large children's goods store, a shopping area with clothing, footwear and perfumery stores. The total area of the center is 15 square meters, of which 000 square meters is leased. Surface parking is designed for 10 cars. The shopping center "Dryada" is in the final stage of construction - an external contour has been erected, and internal engineering systems are being installed.
