Opening of the second stage of the shopping center "Metropolis"

The second stage of the Metropolis shopping center located on Leningradskoe shosse will open on August 15, 2016. The investor-developer is Capital Partners. Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank are co-exclusive lease consultants.

Additional leasable area of ​​the building will amount to 38 sq. m. The new line will provide 000 additional parking spaces, and will also be connected by a crossing with the Voikovskaya station of the Small Ring of the railway. Passengers will be able to pass from the railway station to the metro station of the same name through the shopping center, thus increasing the flow of potential buyers. According to estimates of transport structures, the passability of the crossing will be up to 1200 passengers per day.  

The second stage of the Metropolis shopping center includes 11 anchor tenants, including the legendary Victoria's Secret lingerie store (1200 sq. M), TSUM Outlet designer clothes department store (1800 sq. M), the largest and oldest Hamley's toy store in the world (2000 sq. m), Hoff Home hypermarket (1900 sq. m), World Class fitness center (2500 sq. m), 6 of the latest concepts of Inditex brands and others. In the future, leading Russian brands will appear in the shopping center, as well as the most popular restaurant and cafe concepts today.
