Additional leasable area of the building will amount to 38 sq. m. The new line will provide 000 additional parking spaces, and will also be connected by a crossing with the Voikovskaya station of the Small Ring of the railway. According to estimates of transport structures, the passability of the crossing will be up to 1200 passengers per day.
