The reconception project of the Weimart shopping center, on the site of which in the very near future the first outlet-center BrandCity in Russia will start functioning, has entered the final stage.
In the outlet center of BrandCity, the format is completely changing, a new trading scheme is being introduced. BrandCity tenants will be single-brand stores of clothes, shoes and accessories of world famous brands. The new complex provides 70 stores, ranging from 40 to 250 square. m
Construction work related to the reconstruction of the shopping center is nearing completion. The design of the facade of the building was updated, the nearby territory, including the upper and lower parking lots, was improved, and new integrated interior solutions were completed.
BrandCity is currently in active negotiations with potential tenants. Their interest in the project is obvious. According to forecasts, before the New Year the occupancy of the outlet center can reach 70%.
New stores are ready to meet their customers today. So, on August 20, at Samsonite, the world leader in the production of luggage and travel accessories, it opened the first and so far the only outlet outlet brand in Moscow. An agreement was signed with Baldinini, the world-famous Italian shoe manufacturer, to open one of the flagship stores in the outlet center of BrandCity. This will be the new format of the company showroom, in which customers will be presented with more than 1500 models of shoes and Baldinini bags with discounts up to 70%.
During the reconstruction, Weimart shopping center was open to visitors, proving the effectiveness of investments. The technical opening of the brandCity, an updated outlet center, will take place before the New Year.
