Petersburg department store "Passage", one of the most popular complexes in the city, will be re-conceived. To increase its efficiency, the lease area will be expanded by 10% and measures will be taken to increase customer traffic. After the completed work, the management company Jensen Group will sell the Passage at a bargain price to another owner. The volume of investments will be $ 25 million. According to the management of "Passage", the department store will not stop operating during the reconception, which, by the way, will last until the second quarter of 2014.
