Penelope Cruz became Geox ambassador
Italian footwear, clothing and accessories brand Geox has chosen Spanish actress Penelope Cruz as its first global ambassador. The actress became the heroine of the Geox advertising campaign for the fall-winter 2023 season. In addition, together with her sister Monica, she is working on the design of a joint capsule collection of clothing and shoes with Geox.
“We are thrilled to have Penélope Cruz as our first ambassador. It will convey to the world a new concept of positioning of our brand, it represents the evolution of style that blurs the line between beauty, well-being and comfort - this winning philosophy has always been at the core of our product design,” commented Geox founder and president Mario Moretti Polegato.
The collaboration between Geox and the Cruz sisters is scheduled for release in February 2024. The Geox collection from Penelope and Monica will be released in warm colors that include orange, red and pink. It will feature macs, anoraks, jackets and lightweight items. The shoe collection will be dominated by pastel colors, and the accents in the design will be buckles and lacing.
