Prada pop-up shop opens in Macau

The pop-up store “Prada Silver Line”, which starts at the Galaxy Shopping Center in Macau, will be seen in Dubai, Asia, Europe and the USA during the 2018 year, WWD writes.

The “Prada Silver Line” mobile retail project opened at the Galaxy Shopping Center in Macau on December 15 and will run until January 14.

Retail presents bags and brand accessories that are only for sale in Macau. In particular, the Prada Cahier bag is presented in three new versions, the model is made of exotic leathers. In each city where the pop-up store will expand its work, exclusive collections will be presented specially made for a particular region.

The “Prada Silver Line” store is presented in the image of a brightly lit railway platform. At the imaginary train station Prada Macau Station there is a sparkling silver train with a high-speed train, the windows of which are a showcase for the bags and accessories of the brand. A floral pattern of red silk upholstery and a signature checkered marble floor - like in all Prada boutiques - adorn the space.

In the foreground of the platform, you can see several installations, including Prada robots and a ticket booth; it serves as a concierge booth offering goods to visitors.

The inscription “Macau St.”, which flaunts on the top panel of the booth, means that Macau is the first stopping point for the Prada-shaped train, which will then follow around the world - to Dubai, Asia, Europe and the USA.
