Petersburg factory "Children's Skorokhod" became bankrupt

The St. Petersburg factory "Children's Skorokhod" has been in the process of bankruptcy since September 20, 2022 by decision of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. 

The powers of Dmitry Anokhin, General Director of Children's Shoes Factory Skorokhod LLC, have been terminated, the file of arbitration cases says. Dmitry Klindukh from the Association "Self-Regulatory Organization of Arbitration Managers "Mercury" was approved as the bankruptcy trustee of the company.

The property of the shoe company is subject to sale in the course of bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the requirements of the bankruptcy law. The bankruptcy trustee's report will be considered by the court on March 7, 2023.

Claims were made against the factory for debts from seven creditors for a total amount of 68 million rubles. Among them are suppliers, carriers, credit organizations and tax authorities. During the consideration of the bankruptcy case of Detsky Skorokhod, the Interdistrict Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 23 filed a claim against Skorokhod for 46 million rubles.
It is noted that the company ended 2020 with a loss of 57,3 million, in the same year the factory owed its 239 employees a salary for January and February for a total of 9 million rubles, and the case came to the city prosecutor's office.

According to Kontur.Fokus, 83% of OOO FDO Skorokhod is owned by Vadim Bochkarev, 17% by Dmitry Anokhin. At the same time, the shares of co-owners are pledged in Vitabank. According to open sources, the book value of FDO Skorokhod LLC at the end of 2020 was 225 million rubles. Since April of this year, Detsky Skorokhod Trading House LLC, which managed the company's online store, has also been in the liquidation stage.

LLC "Factory of children's shoes "Skorokhod" was founded in 1998 on the basis of the former Soviet shoe production enterprise Skorokhod. According to data posted on the official website, the company produced up to 1,5 million pairs of children's shoes per year. The company specialized in orthopedically correct children's shoes made of genuine leather. From the small size “for the first step” to slippers, Czechs and seasonal collections for schoolchildren.
Shoes were sold in our own online store, retail network, partner multi-brand retail, and marketplaces. Experts have repeatedly noted the high quality of shoes of this brand at an affordable price. The hit of the children's "Skorokhod" can be called "sleetriders": waterproof boots with a single sealed seam and a continuous cut of the "tongue".
