Petersburg shoe shopping center Platforma won the CRE Awards 2011

The Platforma shopping center on Zanevsky Prospect won the CRE Awards St. Petersburg in the Small Shopping Center nomination. In the competition program, the object was presented by ASTERA in an alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate.

One of the key events in the Russian commercial real estate market - the presentation of the Commercial Real Estate Awards and the CRE Summit 2011 - took place on June 29 and 30.

The business program of the event gathered more than 350 representatives of business leaders specializing in the field of development, construction, management, consulting and brokerage of all segments of commercial real estate in Russia, as well as the CIS and Europe.

Each year, the CRE Awards become the best in their category objects that meet the modern requirements of commercial real estate development. The properties participating in the award go through a serious selection process.

This year, the owner of the "Golden Brick" deservedly became the shopping center "Platform" on Zanevsky Prospect, commissioned at the end of the 2010 year.
