“Russian Post” lifted restrictions on the volume of orders from online stores

Starting July 1, Russian Post lifted restrictions on online stores on the volume of orders for delivering parcels weighing up to 5 kg to the largest cities of Russia at the lowest rates.

Earlier, in April 2015, Russian Post launched new services for online stores. They provided for the delivery of parcels weighing up to 5 kg "to the post office" in 38 largest cities in Russia and in the Moscow region at minimum tariffs - from 149 rubles. up to 289 rubles. depending on the delivery area. And also courier delivery "to the door" in 27 cities of the Russian Federation. Cost - from 199 rubles. up to 439 rubles, delivery time - from 1 day (Moscow) to 14 days (Vladivostok).

However, these conditions were available only to online stores with an order volume of at least 1000 items per month.

“We give the opportunity to use new services for small and young companies that have not yet reached a large volume of orders. We carry out all the necessary contacts with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Russian Post". We pack parcels and parcels in accordance with their rules and complete all postal documents, - explains the commercial director of IdeaLogic (partner and federal client of FSUE Russian Post) Vasily Shestakov. “Moreover, we take 100% financial responsibility for the items delivered from the sender’s warehouse to delivery to the recipient, as well as work with returns.”

In addition, the company is ready to accept shipments and return returns to the client's address or at the IdeaLogic warehouse at the choice of the online store.
