Russian Post will teach online retailers to use their services

AKIT and Russian Post agreed on a project to train retailers in working with the new Russian Post services.

Among the services:

- otpravka.pochta.ru - allows you to manually or from the store system download information about customers, calculate shipping costs, enable automatic address verification and the selection of the correct postal codes, assign track numbers and much more. The user can only stick forms on the parcels and deliver them to the point of reception;

- tracking.pochta.ru - a new tracking service for online stores;

- “Parcel Online” and “Courier Online” - offer sending parcels at fixed rates in guaranteed time to major cities in Russia. Russian Post signs agreements with customers (SLA) on guaranteeing compliance with market delivery times for parcels to all key cities in Russia;

- Centers for the issuance and reception of parcels (in 169 cities more than 420 CVPPs have already been created), courier delivery areas (opened 140 UKD in 134 cities of the country).

For the implementation of the joint project, a training platform will be launched that will simultaneously train up to 10 users. This is a unique development of the IT department of AKIT - a distance learning system for business EL. It is a cloud solution: all data is located on the server and is accessible from any device. For representatives of online stores, training will be free.

“The agreement with AKIT will help create a system for quickly informing online stores about new Russian Post solutions in this area, training them in using new online services that will reduce labor costs and increase delivery speed,” said Sergey Malyshev, Deputy Director General of the Russian Post for parcel business .

Since December 2016, Russian Post has also been implementing a project to simplify the procedure for processing customs documents for export.
