Russian Post has expanded the coverage of the service “expedited sending of parcels”

The online service otpravka.pochta.ru, which automates the preparation and sending of consignments of parcels, is now available in all regions of the country, previously this service was available only in the Moscow region.

The service allows you to integrate Mail systems into the sender's business processes using a software interface (API), for example, embed the Russian Post services in your website, application, warehouse or document management system.

The online store can show the buyer on its website the current forwarding rate by Russian Post, eliminate errors in filling out the address data, send the track number to the client immediately after the purchase, and also adapt the service's capabilities to any business processes when preparing shipments at the warehouse. The sender only needs to stick forms on the parcels and deliver them to the point of reception.

Shipments of consignments are accepted, as a rule, specialized Parcels of delivery and reception of parcels, courier delivery areas and sorting centers. Corporate customers with a valid contract for sending parcels can use the service. In order to get access to the service, it is enough to register on the otpravka.pochta.ru portal and apply for connection. After checking by an employee of the “Russian Post”, the functionality will be activated.

“Over the year the otpravka.pochta.ru service has been operating, more than 2000 online stores, mainly Moscow, have used it. Now our corporate clients in all regions of the country can prepare for shipment of parcels, ”says Sergey Malyshev, Deputy General Director of the Russian Post for Parcel Business.
