Buyers will be able to pay for purchases out of cash

Sberbank of Russia and Inventive Retail Group, representing Nike and other brands on the market, for the first time in Russia have launched a pilot project of mobile POS-acquiring (mPOS), integrated with a cash solution. Within the framework of the project, customers of a number of stores in Moscow got the opportunity to pay for purchases using bank cards directly from the trading floor, bypassing the queue at the cash desk.

To implement the project, Inventive Retail Group has developed an application for smartphones integrated with cash register software. Such technology allows real-time search of the goods in the catalog and determination of their actual cost, taking into account discounts and bonus programs. Additionally, the store employee has the opportunity to quickly checkout on the trading floor using the function to read the barcode of the goods.

The client has the opportunity, without going to the checkout, to pay for the goods he liked with a bank card. For this, the application is integrated with the mobile application of Sberbank of Russia. The purchase amount is automatically transferred to the banking application. As a confirmation of the operation, the card holder enters a personal signature on the smartphone screen. After the operation, the customer is sent to the email address indicated by him an electronic check containing all the necessary details, the client's signature, as well as the exact location of the operation. The fiscal receipt is printed separately.

In the near future, the service will be tested in other regions of Russia.
