Half of Russians do not buy online

According to a PayU study, 58% of Russian users have never bought products in online stores or made online payments. Experts interviewed 4,1 thousand people aged 18 to 65 years.

17% of those surveyed have online shopping experience, but they have never used online payment services. Another 8% admitted that they had never bought anything in online stores, but made payments on the Internet.

According to experts, the number of online buyers will grow annually due to the improvement of payment systems.
