Nike has unveiled images of its long-awaited new shoe, the Blazer Mid, created in collaboration with Comme des Garçons and Japanese-born tennis star Naomi Osaka.
The white canvas upper is adorned with a print with Comme des Garçons and Osaka lettering, and the inner side of the sneaker contains the Nike logo, a comma-shaped leather patch that softly sets off the suede toe of the shoe.
The outer side of the top of the sneaker is marked with a contrasting black hand-written inscription “Home is where the heart is” (translated from English: “Home is where the heart is”) and the personal signature of the tennis player.
What the retail price of the Blazer Mid will be is still unknown, but it should go on sale in November.
