The Prada fall-winter 2019/20 show was very unusual. Although the creative director of the brand, Miucha Prada, is known for her love of shocking artistic expressions, this show surprised many. As Vogue reporters wrote about the past show, on the catwalk, the audience was presented with a destructive picture of multi-layered dissonances.
In clothes, luminous fluorescent prints went hand in hand and contrasted with tweed, square parks and construction vests. Cocktail dresses on the straps were accompanied by identification cards attached to the chest. Coats and vests in military style were combined with elegant sandals in rhinestones.
The military style was also clearly visible in shoes - high army boots with heavy tractor soles with many patch pockets appeared in combination with delicate cocktail dresses with patch flowers.
Pink fluorescent rubber straps paired with thick black leggings, heavy sneakers on a massive sole attracted attention with bright colors - red, yellow, and massive rubber boots, the top of which continued with nylon overlays were sometimes supplemented with false Velcro closures.
