Prada buys Versace from Capri

Prada SpA and Capri Holdings Limited have entered into a definitive agreement for the Milanese fashion group to acquire 100% of Versace.

The transaction is expected to be valued at €1,25 billion (GBP1,375 billion) in cash, subject to certain adjustments, and is expected to close in the second half of calendar 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
