Moscow government wants to attract shopping centers to reconstruction of MKAD

The Moscow government is considering the possibility of attracting owners of shopping centers located near the ring road in its reconstruction, Izvestia newspaper reports with reference to the head of the department of urban planning policy Sergei Levkin.

As long as the proposal is at the initial stage, projects will only be developed and it cannot even be expected which part of the work will be assigned to shopping centers and on what conditions.

In March of this year, a special commission was created, which analyzed the traffic situation on the MKAD and identified about 50 sections where road traffic is difficult due to the presence of trading enterprises.
