Assocalzaturifici President Acquires Kallistè

Group Italian Holding Moda, owned by Italian entrepreneur and president of the Association of Shoe Manufacturers (Assocalzaturifici) Cleto Sagripanti (Cleto Sagripanti), has signed an agreement to acquire 85% of Kallistè in order to strengthen the portfolio of luxury brands.

Recently Italian Holding Moda, which owns the Kallistè, Keitè and A Dimanche a Venise footwear brands and brand license N ° 21, also recently acquired Alberto Fermani and Les Tropeziennes. The group is focusing on the development of brands "with great potential" after last year ended the cooperation with the Etro brand, which accounted for 45% of the consolidated turnover.
