The operator of the goods labeling system, the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CRPT), notes that the "Honest Sign" application, which serves to check the legality of goods by consumers and obtain additional information on labeling codes, is in demand. So at the end of 2020, the number of downloads of the application exceeded 2 million, and the codes verified by users - 26 million.
Today the app is available on iOS and Android. After scanning the barcodes in the "Honest Mark" application, you can look at the product card in the National Catalog, find out the decoding of the icons or get an electronic copy of the fiscal receipt. The history of the movement of goods is also stored in the application.
“As expected, the labeling of light industry products has started successfully,” says Denis Politov, Product Manager at CRPT. - In December, users increased the number of checks by almost 5 times, and in the first week after the holiday - by another 40%. Total - 630 thousand checks on January 6. The permanent hit of the app is shoes with 400 thousand checks a week. And from 9 to 16 December - 650 thousand checks. In the same week the number of scans in "Honest ZNAK" exceeded one million. So the demand for public control is high.
