The average number of chain food stores in 100 thousand of the population in the Volga Federal District in April-May of 2013 increased significantly, reaching 33,9. It is known that the lowest level is in the Penza region, where the average number of points was 20,6 stores.
Experts say that the Volga Federal District maintains the status of a region with fairly high incomes and the level of GRP.
