Zegna sales showed sharp growth in Q4 2025

Italian luxury menswear and footwear brand Zegna reports sales growth in the fourth quarter of 2025. The Ermenegildo Zegna group, which includes the Zegna, Tom Brown, and Tom Ford Fashion brands, is expected to generate 2025 revenue of €1,917 billion, up 1,1% organically and down 1,5% at current exchange rates.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue amounted to €591 million (+0,3% at current exchange rates, +4,6% organic growth), an improvement compared to the third quarter. Organic sales growth in the group's direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel was 9,6%.

In particular, organic sales growth through the DTC channel for the Zegna brand was 10,3%, for the Thom Browne brand it was +11,2%, and for Tom Ford Fashion it was +4,8%.

Currency fluctuations, US tariffs, and global political instability are negatively impacting consumers' desire to travel and make new purchases. "But we're calm; we need to be flexible," says Gildo Zegna, the group's CEO.

He acknowledges the brand is struggling in China, but there is growth potential in Asia. Ermenegildo Zegna's new CEO and former CFO Gianluca Tagliabue believes China is expected to "remain volatile" in 2026.

Meanwhile, the group needs to raise $26,3 million from Saks, the recently bankrupt American luxury department store that is now in receivership. "This will have a limited impact on our sales," said CEO Tagliabue, citing ongoing negotiations with Saks Global, the outcome of which is highly uncertain. "The situation is very complex, and we must be prepared to find solutions that protect ourselves while also supporting Saks, as they are an important partner," Tagliabue concluded.
