For officials, the fine can be from 1,5 to 3 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 5 to 10 thousand rubles. Total update will affect about 2,7 million cash desks.
In addition, according to the order of 07.09.2018 No. ММВ-7-20 / 527 @, a new section is introduced into the current 2.1 application form, which will be filled in if the organization or individual entrepreneur plans to use the cash register as part of several automatic settlement devices.

Accordingly, the application form for removing cash registers from registration will also be supplemented by a new section, “Information from the report on closing the fiscal drive”.
