According to Dmitry Golev, head of the development department of Welhome, the trade and services department has developed a program "Development of wholesale and retail trade, public catering and consumer services in the city of Moscow for 2012-2016." "The implementation of this project will take at least 5 years, since it requires coordination of efforts on the part of the authorities and commercial structures interested in placing in these shopping facilities," the specialist added.
