The German company Puma has appointed a new CEO. The new leader of Puma was Franz Koch, who replaced Jochen Zeitz.

The appointment of the new CEO is related to the restructuring of Puma, which after the transformation will be called European Corporation - Puma SE.

Recall that until his current appointment, Koch was responsible for organizing the development of Puma in the world, as well as for special projects of the company, having worked in Puma since 2007 of the year.

Zeitz led Puma for 18 years. Now he is appointed Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Puma SE.

Puma is the world's largest manufacturer of sportswear, footwear and accessories. The company was founded in 1948. Puma's revenues in 2010 amounted to 2,706 billion euros.
