The four models of the iconic Clyde sneakers, which are a kind of dedication to American basketball star basketball player Walt "Clyde" Fraser, will be available from December 2 in Puma's partner retail in Russia - in Sneakerhead, Brandshop and MINT stores.
In the November Clyde NYC Pack, the brand introduces suede sneakers in orange color with a blue formstripe. The palette is not accidental - it was created in the colors of the New York Knicks, which included Walt "Clyde" Fraser from 1967 to 1977. A distinctive feature of the new capsule is the engraved number 10 - the first number on Walt's shirt, by which he was remembered at the beginning of his career. The retail price for sneakers is 6 rubles.
As a continuation of the joint PUMA x ATMOS collection, with the participation of Japanese tattoo artist Ichibay of Tokyo's Three Tides Tattoo studio, a new image of the PUMA Clyde model was created in the traditional Japanese style - the designer drew inspiration from the Japanese ukiyo-e painting, which was characteristic of the period 17- 19th centuries. These sneakers will go to Brandshop and MINT stores for 11 rubles.
Two other new models PUMA, sneakers equipped with a cordless mechanism Disc blaze, will go on sale in Moscow retail BNWT.
PUMA again worked with one of Japan's largest sneaker retailers in order to add new colors to the classic brand - the DISC Blaze model. Here a camouflage pattern is applied to premium suede at the top of the shoe. The PUMA "formstripe" badge is located on the side, DISC Blaze logo and Trinomic element are distinguished by an emerald green color. The price of the model is 10 990 rubles.
The joint release of PUMA x Kickas Lab, one of the most popular sneaker boutiques in Japan, is located in the heart of Japanese street culture in the Harajuku area. The design of the new Disc Blaze can be called an army one. The ivory suede upper is reminiscent of desert sand, while the black PUMA "formstripe" badge, Disc system and mesh insert provide the necessary contrast. The price of the model is 10 rubles.
For their first collaboration, PUMA and Diamond Supply (a brand of skateboarding products) chose the classic PUMA Clyde, a sneaker that became popular at the turn of the 80s and 90s. The PUMA Clyde, the first of two models to be released as part of the joint release, has its roots in basketball culture, streetwear, hip-hop performers, b-boys, musicians and skateboarders of choice. Today, the PUMA Clyde is an absolute must-have for every collector's sneaker. PUMA x Diamond Supply will be available from December 3 at the Sneakerhead store in Moscow for RUB 8.
