Five Italian artists have worked on a new style of Tod's moccasins. As a result, there were five variants of the luxury brand's shoes, which are already available to customers in the brand's Milan boutique.
This project was initiated by the Italian designer and architect Giulio Capellini, who has been collaborating with the luxury footwear brand for many years.
Capellini's idea was for each of the designers involved, including Lanzavecchia + Wai, Leonardo Talarico, mist-o, Studio Zanellato / Bortotto and Zaven, to create their own model of moccasins, using unexpected materials such as ceramic, marble , leather metal and wood.
Thus, five different interpretations of Tod's loafers were born:
Lanzavecchia + Wai (marble)
Leonardo Talarico (metal)
mist-o (ceramic)
Studio Zanellato / Bortotto (leather)
Zaven (tree)
