Obuv Rossii bought out half of the bonds

The Obuvrus company, which is part of the Obuv Rossii group of companies, has redeemed 350% of the bonds of the first series for 50 million rubles, thus fulfilling its obligations under the early offer.

 

The issuer purchased 350 thousand bonds at a price of 100% of the par value. The par value of one security was 1 rubles. Also, the accumulated coupon yield was paid on the bonds, calculated as at the date of acquisition, in the total amount of RUB 16,51 million.

 

In 2011, Obuvrus placed its bond issue of the first series on the MICEX. The maturity date of the loan is June 25, 2014. The company made an early offer due to the overfulfillment of the sales plan, the message explains. Earlier, in December 2012, the company bought back 4,5 thousand bonds - about 0,6% of the total volume.
