"CenterObuv" has launched a distribution center in St. Petersburg

The largest Russian footwear retailer CJSC "Trading House" CenterObuv "- rented premises in the Class A warehouse complex" A Plus Park Shushary "with an area of ​​about 6,5 thousand square meters. m. This transaction is the largest in the warehouse market of St. Petersburg since the beginning of 2014. JLL acted as a consultant.

The new site, which includes warehouse, office and mezzanine premises, houses the TsentrObuv distribution center, focused on serving the entire North-West of Russia. Previously, the retailer's warehouse in St. Petersburg occupied a smaller area and served only as a temporary storage of goods for the city's stores. The dynamic expansion of the network and the growing volumes of supplies required the organization of a full-fledged distribution center, within which the entire range of works on organizing supplies will be carried out.
