At the beginning of April, it is planned to open a new flagship store Ralf Ringer in the Povorot shopping and entertainment center in Lobny, Moscow Region. The area of the retail outlet was 80 sq.m., the lease term is 3 years. The transaction was conducted by Znak, a company specializing in the small shopping center segment.
“The Ralf Ringer network has begun an active expansion in the Moscow region, developing its own retail. SEC “Povorot” was chosen as the shopping center with the highest traffic and active marketing and social work, ”says Elena Lebedeva, Managing Partner of Znak.
The Povorot shopping center , with a total area of 16700 square meters, is located on Krasnopolyansky Proyezd in Lobnya, Moscow Region. It is a three-story complex with a 400-space surface parking garage. Anchor tenants include O'KEY hypermarket, Eldorado, the Prostokvashino eco-petting zoo, and others. The shopping arcade features brands such as O'STIN, Pandora, Oodji, Glance, Megasport, and the Korablik children's store. McDonald's and Yakitoria occupy the food court.
