The area of the retail outlet was 80 sq.m., the lease term is 3 years. The transaction was conducted by Znak, a company specializing in the small shopping center segment.
“The Ralf Ringer network has begun an active expansion in the Moscow region, developing its own retail. SEC “Povorot” was chosen as the shopping center with the highest traffic and active marketing and social work, ”says Elena Lebedeva, Managing Partner of Znak.
