Ralf Ringer transferred customers from a discount to a bonus loyalty program

The Russian retailer and shoe manufacturer Ralf Ringer has transferred its loyal customers from a discount to a bonus loyalty program, increasing the profit from purchases in its network from 10 to 25%. If earlier the maximum discount to the Ralf Ringer card holder when making a purchase in the shoe network was 10%, now it is 25%.

The new loyalty program was launched in December 2018, after the introduction of a multifunctional CRM system that allows Ralf Ringer to analyze customer buying activity, their personal preferences, and based on the data received, offer only interesting and beneficial promotions, unique offers and discounts.

As stated in the company's press release, the possibility of individual settings for each customer in the near future will help bring dialogue with the consumer to a whole new level.

In addition to bonuses for purchases, Ralf Ringer card holders also got the opportunity to receive rewards for various actions - filling out a client profile, passing surveys, participating in contests and various promotions.
