Ralf Ringer won the dispute with the tax in the Arbitration Court
The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of Ralph Ringer JSC, which demanded that the collection of almost 1,5 billion rubles in taxes, insurance premiums, fines and penalties from the capital's tax inspectorates No. 15 and 18 be declared illegal.
The corresponding decision was made on January 16, 2023. It follows from the materials of the case that the inspections exceeded the deadlines for making a decision on the on-site tax audit by almost two years: it took place in 2017, and its results should have been summed up in 2019, but this was done only in 2021.
It follows from the file of the case that the inspectorates have already filed a complaint with the Ninth Arbitration Court, its consideration is scheduled for January 30.
