The awarding ceremony of the all-Russian professional Award of the industry of shopping centers in Russia - RCSC Awards 2015 was held in Moscow. The event was held at the Central Moscow Hippodrome.
The winner of the RCSC Awards 2015 was the Aquapolis shopping and entertainment complex under construction in Pskov.
The jury evaluated the projects according to various criteria, the main ones being concept and design.
SEC “Aquapolis” is a unique project for the Pskov region with the only water park in the region and a modern multiplex cinema. The complex will feature the largest shopping gallery with more than 100 stores of popular federal and international chains.
This year, more than 50 retail real estate objects from Moscow and Russian regions filed applications for participation in the award.
The title of "Best Shopping Center-2015", according to the RCSC Awards jury, this year was awarded to several shopping centers (nomination "Operating shopping center") - category "Small" - the winner of the Edelweiss shopping center (Railway); category "Medium shopping center" - winner "Pearl Plaza" (St. Petersburg); category "Big Shopping Center" - the winner is "Gallery Krasnodar" (Krasnodar); category "Super-regional shopping center" - the winner is the Shopping Park "Otrada" (Moscow region, the village of Svetlye Gory).
