Reebok launched the new City Classics capsule collection to mark the 30 anniversary of the iconic Reebok Classic Leather. A team of 12 graffiti masters from different countries, led by renowned graffiti artist and shoe designer Stash, worked on the design of the shoes.
Artists were offered to embody in a Classic Leather pair their own feelings from the cities where they live and work. “Each city has its own story, each story has its own picture. This can be seen in every new pair of Reebok sneakers,” explained Stash, the author of the project.
It is noteworthy that among foreign graffiti artists there is one Russian - Muscovite Dmitry Aske. He is known in street artist circles as Sick Systems. His sneakers made of electric-colored leather depict stylized elements of the Kremlin, Russian dolls and St. Basil's Cathedral.
