The Rendez-Vous chain of stores has launched a new functionality on the website of its own online store - searching for the desired pair of shoes by photography. The functionality allows you to reduce the user's time to find the desired model and increase customer satisfaction from the purchase.
The shoe search system by photography is a B2B solution developed by the Belarusian-American startup Oyper. The technology enables a visitor to an online store to find a suitable pair by uploading a photo of the desired shoe to the retailer's website. According to the request, the system will display a selection of several options for similar shoe models from the assortment of the online store. Thus, there is no need to study the entire catalog, and select the appropriate filters in the search bar. The photo search process takes no more than one minute, Rendez-Vous notes.
