“Roskachestvo” conducted an examination of the quality of shoes of thirty popular brands represented on the Russian shoe market. IN Research men's shoes and low shoes costing from 2 890 to 29 000 rubles were considered.
Shoes were examined by 40 parameters.
During the examination, comments on tailoring appeared for 13 brands of footwear - Freccia by Tervolina, Ecco, Mascotte, Aldo, Mango Man, Thomas Munz, Tommy Hilfiger, Zara, Marks & Spencer, Bata, TJ Collection, Rieker, Unicel.
At the same time, experts noted the high quality of the products of four brands: “Paris Commune” (Russia), Zenden (China), Hugo Boss (Germany), Clarks (Great Britain).
The experts' comments were mainly related to the quality of tailoring, fastening of the sole and heel, there were complaints about the durability of the lining and to such quality as the flexibility of the shoe.
6 of 11 products made in China received a critical assessment of the Roskachestvo expert system; 3 of 5 Russian-made goods; 2 of 4 Italian products.
