According to the regional prosecutor’s office, in September the director of the Siberian branch of the Russian Open Society addressed to the prosecutor’s office of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Novosibirsk, who pointed to a violation of the copyright and related rights laws of TD Rossita LLC.
As the prosecutor’s inspection established, in the Rossita shoe room, the phonograms of musical works were publicly played without concluded license agreements with copyright holders.
In connection with the revealed violations, the prosecutor made a submission in November to the director of TD Rossita. The company satisfied the submission and entered into an appropriate agreement with RAO.
