When compiling the ranking, Bloomberg experts analyzed 160 countries in six criteria: degree of economic integration, taking into account membership in the world trade organization tariff level and addiction from global market (weight 10%), costs to create business (20%), labor cost and raw materials (20%), cost of transportation of products (20%), hidden costs related with level corruption, protection of property rights, inflation and taxes (20%), the state of the local consumer market, in middle size class and level GDP per capita population (10%). Bloomberg’s own calculations were used, as well as data of international organizations.

The most authoritative rating of the business climate is the annual report of the World Bank and international Doing Business Finance Corporation.
