Russian retailers are attracted by job opportunities in Eastern Europe. At the moment, the greatest activity can be observed in Poland. The reason for interest can be called the availability of high-quality retail space and relatively low rental prices.
In Poland, brands such as Centro and Kari are already developing their brands. Possibly, the Carlo Pazolini brand will also enter the Polish market. Centro is expanding its franchising network, and Kari is opening its own stores. Now in Poland there are at least 80 Centro stores and about 30 Kari stores.
The expressed interest among Russian retailers in the Polish market arose in the last year and a half. The Polish market is not very different from the Russian one. An important advantage is the presence of a large number of high-quality retail space with a fairly low rental rate.
